It’s so easy to upload videos to Youtube with RealPlayer, you could probably do it in your sleep.

All you have to do is load your video in RealPlayer and play it. When you hover your cursor over the movie, you should see some icons appear across the top and bottom. The one we need is the Share icon at the bottom.

Click on Share and you will see the following options:

When you select Youtube, it checks to see whether a video already exists with this name. If not, you will see the Youtube log in screen.

Type in your username and password for Youtube and click Log In. In the Upload to Youtube window, type in details about the video you are about to upload.

Now click Upload.

For some reason, we always seem to get a warning message saying that our movie format may not be supported by Youtube,  similar to the one below. This is odd because we all know that .WMV files work fine in Youtube.

If you get this warning, just click Yes to upload it anyway. RealPlayer will display a progress bar showing you how much of the upload it’s done and how much is left to do.
